QUALIFICATIONS:

-3 + years experience in the food/event industry- we really hope you love food, if not you must love the people who do.
-Leadership abilities
-Established line of contacts within the industry
-Dynamic, friendly team player who people enjoy being around
-Energetic, creative individual looking for a challenge and excited for growth
-Detail oriented and professional
-Cohesive and variable menu design capabilites
-Must be organized and adaptable and willing to multi-task
-Reliable transportation, smart phone and computer
-Proficient in Freshbooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Generate growth and new revenue with independent contacts
-Receive & organize full-service inquiries
-Establish a line of communication with client inquiries within 24 hours
-Negotiate invoices
-Collect payment
-Coordinate menus with Kitchen
-Coordinate rental orders with vendors
-Act as Manager/Captain on certain events coordinated
